The Hoenn region first released in the Pokemon universe in 2002 with the release of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire for the Gameboy Advance. Later in 2014, Nintendo released Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alha Sapphire. This region included an additional 135 new Pokemons! Where the Hoenn pokedex number from #135 (Treeko) to #386 (Deoxys).
The Hoenn region also introduced secrect bases for players and in Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby added Mega Evolutions.
